  2. "I had a C and got all my offers! It depends on your predicted grades and PS - if you sound like an intelligent person and your references say you ASs aren't a true reflection of your capabilities you'll be fine. I went from BCC to ABB "

I'm just wondering what unis/subject did you apply for?
  3. 'Fraid not
  4.
  5. The course I was on at college only let me take the lower tier maths GCSE and the top grade you could get was a C. I was taught at home so they wouldn't let me sit higher tier, although they let me sit my AS Level at the same time.
  6. It's a parody of the sort of bull**** that (some of) the EDL faithful have either dreamed up after a few crates of Stella or been indoctrinated with by their 'colourful' leadership.. click on the image for reference
  7. Awwh thanks :3 you seem rather awesome yourself
  8. Good luck with everything!
  9. Hey From what I've heard, it's not that competitive at degree level, except the obvious places such as the Oxbridge, Edinburgh,Warwick, Courtauld.I got 4 offers, rejected from UCL but mainly because my grades were horrific, applying there was a big big risk anyway :P I think it's getting to the other side with the jobs market that it becomes hard, I spoke to some previous graduates at one open day and it had taken her 9 years to even get to a moderately good position! I do History of art AS but hadn't started when I had applied, it has given me an advantage in terms of giving something for me to talk about at interview but I know plenty of people on the forum and in real life who have done subjects like art, english, history and photography and still get offers, it isn't offered by a majority of sixth forms/colleges so I don't really think they expect it .

Sorry for the ramble, hopefully that helps a little bit!
  10. hop u r good?
