i was just wondering if you could be of some help and just give me a little touch upon what some of the questions on the A2 biology respiration ISA ive got it in afew days and im really panicking any help is much appreciated thank you in advance (:

On the experiment part of the ISA you had to draw a graph of the results for pectinase and cellulase - quite straight forward really. In the ISA test you then had to interpret the graph. For example, what enzyme was best? This will become clear to you when doing the experiment yourself.
Apart from that, most of the questions were "How Science Works".
There was a rather long question on Low Density Cholesterol and High Density Cholesterol so I would doing some reading on those if I was you.
I also remember a calculation question in which you had to calculate a percentage increase.
There was also a question on ethics with experiments - again this was a straight forward question.
