About me

hi I'm Rory, I'm 24 years old, live part time with each of my parents at the moment so between Bath/Bristol depending on what am up to! was studying International Relations at UWE in Bristol but currently not at Uni due to mental health issues. I love my football and F1, like other sports too like rugby, tennis, cricket! avid video gamer, play games on my PC, PS2, PS3, 360, Wii and 3DS love to listen to music as well, especially with good lyrics, sucker for a good rock song, love Oasis, Manics and Stone Roses I watch way too much tv as well haha, is why the Sci-Fi is in my name love Star Trek (all the shows/films I like really!), Stargate (SG-1 and Atlantis anyway), The X-Files, Supernatural, Sliders, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica (2004 version, probably the best thing I will ever see on tv!), enjoy other shows too like the Simpsons, Top Gear, Doctor Who, Frasier, Friends, Fresh Meat, Inbetweeners, My Mad Fat Diary, Screenwipe, Black Mirror, I could go on don't really read much due to having trouble with focusing on it and stuff these days :/ very interested in politics, watch all the political/news shows I can, read the Guardian/Independent sometimes as well, staunchly left-wing, been a Socialist for a couple of years now and I can't imagine having any other ideology as it just is ideal to me. I love talking to people, I am not great at it and get really anxious and stuff due to MH issues, but even so, I am always happy to receive a friendly PM or something! if you are nice to me I will be nice to you if you are a dick then I won't like you though...I am who I am and I really don't like being insulted or having things I care about being put down (was bullied badly throughout school), so I can get snappy sometimes if I feel this has happened. not sure what else I want to say here.

studied at Somerset College of Arts and Technology briefly in late 2007/early 2008 but dropped out due to low mood and health problems.

original was doing a Politics degree at Essex Uni, but had to intermit midway through 2nd year due to having a cholesteotoma (cancerous like growth/infection behind my right ear), had to have 3 surgeries as a result and also am now deaf in my right ear so use a hearing aid, oh and I wear glasses.

um, I have dyspraxia, which is a learning difficulty and it basically means I make mistakes a lot cause my brain's messages to my body don't always work they way they should! have like an unofficial diagnosis of aspbergers syndrome as well.
