Hi,

For D1 in Jan 2011 question 6a (Linear Programming), I used C1 coordinate geometry to find the equations of the constraints on the graph (Y2-Y1/X2-X1 to get the gradient, etc). Is there a quicker method to use instead because this took me a while.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me out

Thanks

Gibbo, could you please upload the D1 official mark scheme (or message me it), if possible!

Thanks, JOR2010.

Hey,you know for getting an A* in further maths, does M1 and S1 HAVE to go under further maths to get your M2 and S2 modules classed as further maths.

Say i Have C1=90 C2=90 C3=90 C4=90 S1=80 M1=80 (for a level maths)
FP1=90 FP2=90 FP3=70 D1=90 S2=90 M2=90 (for a level further maths)

This would mean an A* for both further maths and maths right?
So my S2 and M2 (and FP2) can count for further maths even though S1 and M1 was put toward normal maths?
