    im actually about to change it but heres what it is.

    1st day shoulders + legs
    2nd rest
    3rd back + triceps
    4th rest
    5th chest + biceps
    6th rest
    and then it repeats like that. i do forearms and calves whenever they arent sore too.

    diet is 3000ish cals whole meal bread, pasta, lots of milk, steak, chicken, ice cream, olive oil, peanut butter
