Hi, I use blogspot and when I click on Design, then go Template, then to Customise, there are lots of themes to choose from and I chose 'Simple' and then just sort of played around with the colours. The images I made myself.

Also I don't think that there are any tuition fees in France most of uni are free-tuitionfees

Thank Youu I just had a look on the website, the course looks good, despite that their description is very complicated, but unfortunatelly the first problem is the language haha and the second is tuitions fees. Mybe you have some idea if I, as a foreigner, but from the European Union, would be able to get French student loan ?
