Hey, lol I guess we'll just have to disagree there about which is the "better place" and which is "the other place". Just out of interest what's your sister doing now? Did she stay in pharmacy or choose to do something not science related? Personally I have no idea about what career I'd like.

I had a final project for my high school advanced composition class, it was a travel paper and I totally had Svalbard as a subject. I did all the itineraries, it was really nice just fantasizing about it. But really though, once I have enough money (how much money approximately are we talking about?) to go there I will definitely do that because it's been my *obsession* since I was about 4 or 5.

It sucks that you didn't get to see the aurora though, but did you see Polar bears???
Oh and another thing, did you go to the global seed vault, or is it not accessible for anyone? Oh and did you take pictures?
