Did you decide on Nott in the end? I have firmed mine today and put Cov as insurance. It means I am off the secondment list but have decided to put gut feeling over finances! Really excited now...the access course is racing to an end. Quite sad as I have made some good friends. Hope things are going well for you

Thanks so much for your reply and sorry to have taken so long to message back. For some reason I thought I'd get an Inbox pop up message so it's taken me this long to find it.
I know what you mean about people being reluctant to share. I want to do Pharmacy. I know the A'level route is very competitive but I think at Brighton they welcome alternative routes. I recieved a reply from the admissions tutor at Brighton saying that Access courses vary but generally they expect 70% at distinctions. I'm realising now though that they would expect it to be a science heavy access course and just because it has 'Biomedical' in the title doesn't necessarily make it good enough.
I've just applied to Lambeth too but am not sure if I'll get passed the Maths assessment test. I'm revising like mad but there are things which are completely new to me so I'm having to learn from scratch, I'm not sure where I was during my GCSE years or how I managed to pass Maths at the time.

I noticed in one of your threads you mentioned that you are doing a science access course in Brighton. Can I ask if you are doing the Biomedical Sciences one in Pelham Street? I'm asking because I've just accepted a place on that course and am interested to know how you are finding it. The person who interviewed me was a bit vague about how many Chemistry credits there were so I'm not sure how 'sciencey' it actually is.
