    I side with Wittgenstein on this issue, and argue that Descartes is mis-using the word doubt, and know, and that what he talks about is impossible. It isn't reflected in his actions, as if he really did doubt that everything but his thoughts existed, he wouldn't have acted upon those things he doubts, but instead not acted as he would doubt that they are the case in the first place.
