Hey, I was wondering if you could provide some feedback on the second part of my essay.

Normalement, j'ai autour d'une ou deux heures de devoirs chaque soir, mais hier soir, j'ai a peu près quatre heures de devoirs. Mes examens sont proches si récemment, j'ai eu de grandes quantités de travail à faire. C'est ridicule! Cependant, j'ai passé un peu de temps sur chaque sujet, car on ne devrait pas consacrer de larges tranches de temps a une meme matiere. . Tout d'abord, j'ai eu de cours de géographieà faire. Je suis très bonne à ce sujet alors c'était vraiment facile, mais ensuite j'ai eu devoirs en anglais ce qui était impossible à faire. Ensuite, j'ai passé quelque temps à faire des exercicesmathématiques qui a pris environ une heure.

& Canadian universities are going to be my backup, so I don't mind getting rejecting from every single one of my UK choices

just like your fascination with Canada, I have a fascination with Europe! I'd love to go uni in the UK and then live there (or elsewhere in Europe) permanently

& haha, I'm not really that clever...am I being too ambitious? I don't really know much about unis in the UK so are the ones I like really competitive (aside from Oxford, which I know is insanely difficult to get in)?

I'll be applying this fall, for 2012 entry, and I'm thinking of applying to:
UCL - European Social and Political Studies
King's College London - European Studies
University of Edinburgh - Modern Languages & European Studies

& possibly PPE at Oxford, but I'm not so sure I'd ever get in...!
