Thats a good idea I'm trying to do that now, started doing more muscle workouts rather than cardio. 1200 seems small but I'm so used to it now its actually hard to eat more!

Yeah, you lost it in a healthy weight lol, 1200 calories is one meal haha, lol but yeah i've started gym trying get lean, don't really want to get bigger just more stronger and more toned. how tall are you?

yeah, that's awesome quick too lol starting weight is 95kg seems alot but am 6ft1 lol so i get away with it lol i think 86kg would be perfect.
