Thanks for the questions on my thread but alas it's been closed so I'd like to answer them here. I was in the process of including the scrapping for Trident along with cutting other waste when the thread was closed and wanted to add more social policy with the money saved, as I want to provide more for ordinary people than the major parties but I also want the party to be seen as economically credible rather than making huge promises which can't be delivered. I personally am very much in favour of the total abolition of the monarchy and was very active during the secent monarchy debate but unfortunately this is a huge issue for many people would not want it to put potential voters off. I support the idea of a robin hood tax and find much common ground with Jenny Jones particularly on the City and housing, but TSR is a very nu Conservative and I was hoping for pragmatic reasons to make a gradual approach to what the party should be once I had enough support which I knew would listen to the arguments for these things rather than dismissing them.
