You know, there was a point when I thought soul eater was the most epic but then I realised there were others that were even more grand. Such as the father of the anime epic genre itself: Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan. Everyone who sees this series is moved to tears and trust me, anybody who watches this series breaks down into tears...how's that for kiddy
Anime Expo is just a massive convention that takes place 2x a year in the excel centre in London - you should check it out at least once, it's pretty cool

Ugh! I know what you mean!! I had to put bleach and One piece on hold due to exams too but now, can't really bring myself to watch Bleach anymore - though I still read the manga. You'll love it though if you've started it and are enjoying it, it only gets better. What genres do you tend to like? And have you ever been to the anime expo. This is actually the blossoming of a new friendship haha
