I've just said what Egyptians invented because Egypt is Africa, although many people will say these were invented by Arabians instead of Africans...

Paper - can't say exactly who created it but paper is believed to have been invented by the ancient Egyptians around 4,000 B.C., although the name was actually Papyrus. The Egyptians would take a woven mat of reeds and pound them together until it created a thin yet stiff sheet. The next invention couldn't have been thought of unless Papyrus was invented first.

Science - Egyptian sailors used aerodynamics in their sails (first to implement science). I've heard hatshepsut saw this and invested in sails.

Philsopophy - A lot of religions in Ancient Egypt were actually philosophical.

electricity - Many Hieroglyphics suggest they invented the light built which was connected to a wire which contain a socket.. In the bulb there was this metal rod which the light hit. http://www.world-mysteries.com/fd_sued1.jpg
