  6. I'm actually really unfit cardio wise! 2000m only takes 10 mins on the rower so I am actually only doing 30 mins cardio, and intervals I only do 14k and 5.5 altrnate, and afterwards I am pretty much dying!
  7. I do a 2000m row as a warmup, then freeweights, then I do 20mins intervals on the treadmill, then I do abs work. But as a result I kindof fail at abs so I'm thinking of switching to treadmill last lol.
  8. As a woman, you might never be able to do pull ups, there was a study where they trained 15 women for 12 weeks in order for them to be able to do it, but only 4 out of the 17 women could do even one by the end of it, so it might not be a particularly good aim.

    I have really big legs, I kindof wish I had skinny girl legs a bit but I know thats really unreachable without starving myself so cba

    Just want to stay toned really, maybe get my abs up a bit more, I do cardio 4-5 times a week and weights 2-3 (with one day on the barbelles on average)
    That and try and shift the belly lol.
  9. They're like these machines with a plate on the bottom which vibrates and you stand in various positions, god knows. So silly!

    What are your aims using the weights then? Atm I'm pretty happy with my progress just have a bit of a stubborn belly that refuses to leave! How I have abs, then a belly I have no idea!!!
  10. My main hatred in the gym are those stupid vibrating plates, I mean seriously, what the hell do they even do?! That isn't exercise!!
