  1. ah poor you!
AQA M1 was done so I assumed they all were too
  2. Hey

    Exams finished today?

Tell me tell me how is uni application going etc
And where did you end up applying?

    Chem ISA next week >.<
  3. hey if you use nelson thornes chem i got my hands on the answers if you need?
  4. hey!

how is applications and stuff going?

    any interviews?
  5. hey which biology papers do you have
  6. ..no idea sorry
you're asking the wrong person! me and chemistry are just...not on best terms
love free radical substitution as well! electrophillic addition is also up there too. the only one we have yet to do is the nucleophile one

    For AS
we have yet to do logs but we've already started exam practise omitting questions on logs + the sequence stuff we hadn't fully covered just yet.
we did radians as well it's not bad. love the sector stuff ^_^
we did (doing) sequences, trapezium rule, further integration, binomial expansion, trig, sin + cosine, area of triangle and that's about all i can remember. plus we're yet to do logs.

radians is the least of my worries..its more the sequences stuff, need to remember how to do 'em
i keep forgetting like. its a bit tedious.

yes they give questions + answers and working out is at back.

hehe oh i see, i've been watching it for a while. she doesn't appear on much but quite a number of episodes back she began showing up dementia/alzheimers not sure which tbh
and he had to put her in a home. so tragic.

    occasionally
hehe i watched a number of things yesterday (catching up) but woop woop tomorrow the apprentice+ waterloo road = exciting shiz

So hopefully your ISA went alright yeah?

definitely going for a 'retry' just in case chem 2 doesn't go too well.

hopefully the stuff on the email helped about the switching on and off of genes?
  7. no worries and yup i received it

yeah it was a pretty good find. i will definitely be revisiting when i'm doing my A2
well it depends what the question asks. i've seen one where they require you to find q of the reactants therefore you gotta add the two together.

no worries- funny how minds work differently redox was pretty straight forward to me but the mechanisms took a bit of practice.

we have to finish sequences for A2 and yet to do logs.
i'm on edexcel but i don't think its much different..
do you do work on radians?

yeah the jim clarke it covers both AS and A2. i quite like it in the sense that you can work on the questions independently etc and have the answers as well as working out at the back to double check.

    hehe nah you're not!

tell me about it. h.w takes the mick!
i'd prefer to just be left alone to revise tbh.

hehe love waterloo road! it was so sad and moving when fleur died i actually cried. it was so sweet.
i guess tonight will be a late night for me as id like to get some work done.

good luck with ISA revision. i will start revising in advance for the 'retry' as you like to call it lol.
  8. done
  9. hmm yeah that's all i looked at tbh
    not got any powerpoints sorry

We haven't done that yet :/ had to self teach the free radical substitution thing. found that mechanism straight forward tbh.
i am currently in process of emailing you some fantastic notes (some tiny errors like spelling/not including double bond or whatever but they're obvious) i got it from this other thread 2010 a guy who posted them apparently helped him her 90+% in every exam.
all the group 2/7 stuff is there and in a 'revision guide' format so will get straight to the point ^_^

So yeah I'll attach that now and type up the few things we noted
im unsure as to whether this info would be useful at all unless ur doing enthalpy change however i'll still type them anyway.

i take that c2 hype thing back lol
the 2005 papers are ridiculously easy! looked at the back of the pack to june 2011 and i thought...im screwed ><

i actually learnt logs last year summer (self teach)..totally forgot everything now. what a waste of time :P

on those notes there is stuff on redox
i'll type what i have on that as well.
do u hav the jim clarke calculations for chemistry?
its pretty good- although i dont use it often, sometimes i do questions from it.

    anyway must get typing!

oh im alright just drowsy was about to dose off then i got out of bed- yes just for you! i hope you can live with that :P
    i kid.
    hows yourself?
  10. oh and btw :"D
    loving C2!
i panic for no reason :P
done a past paper and could do quite a lot of the questions + i got them right!
lol i stayed after school and was the only one in the study are so i was doing a little jig
each type i got a question right hehehe :P
    .... still not liking S1!
