Yes, I've applied to Edinburgh and got an offer less than a month after I applied, for 34 IB points. I think you have an edge if you're applying as an international student, and with grades ABB you should be OK. I was predicted 37, and they say 34-42, so yeah. But I just saw that you said contextual factors apply to you, which will definitely be considered. Don't go by the 9% chance of getting an offer, it seems a LOT harder than it really is, and you'll be specially considered!
