Thanks for getting back! Yeah I've just ordered that book because I need some sort of structure for making my notes. I plan on adding whatever is in there and what I get from lessons to my old notes. Nope, haven't really started yet but I suspect I'll begin proper revision by the end of this month when my c/w will have been completed. You?
