    Given the B was in German I shouldn't think it will be an issue. A's in Maths, FM and Econ will stand you in extremely good stead. I applied to Downing at Cambridge..did you apply there?

    I did Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Biology. Given that you have 4 A's alongside your B, I shouldn't think it will be of much concern, unless it is in Maths or Econ (in which case it would be a hinderance but by no means a disaster). I suggest you check their website to see the AS policy. I have also applied to Cambridge, Durham, Nottingham and Edinburgh. Yet to hear from any except Bath
