Hi i've been in the post exam haze for a bit so I didn't check on here since you posted on my profile
GCSEs look alright, for the AS you want to drag that C up to a B somehow (resit externally if you have to). THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is work experience, or more specifically what you learn from it. They are looking for you to learn something about the realities of medicine and care work, teamwork etc etc. No need to shadow a consultant neurosurgeon for 3 months, i did a few hours a week in a care home for mentally disabled adults for a term and also looked after a few kids with behavioural issues at a summer camp at the local church, and they were pretty pleased with it because I told them what it (supposedly) taught me about stress, looking for help in difficult situations etc.

Your gcses essentially rule out some unis like Birmingham. I know that if you do alright on the UKCAT then you have a solid chance at manchester
