I think I'm going to firm King's. Birmingham is a great uni but I think I'll constantly be thinking 'what if' if I choose to go to B'ham. King's was always my 'dream' medical school. I mean the medical school itself is pretty phenomenal, but there are so many other things. The structure, especially the scenarios in year 2. The location, central London but still has that campus feel to it on Guy's campus. The hospitals, what with GKT and all the DGHs as well. The intercalated degrees... Just the atmosphere really. I love it
Nope, mine's not come yet either Was worrying I was the only one! I guess it's sent second class and it wouldn't have been sent til after Easter so hopefully it should come soon.

hey that's okay sorry for the late reply ,you haven't already been have you? Anyway pretty much everyone was casual - jeans and top/jumper etc.

Ohh, I did the same but they said no what were your extenuating circumstances if you don't mind me asking?
Pretty much what you did with King's - just email with an attached letter from my school about cirumstances etc asking if they'd consider my application and they said yes

Leeds, Exeter, UEA and Sheffield - how did you get KCL to reconsider you though?! They refused to accept an application from me
