Thanks a lot I come from birmingham too, and the main problem I think I'll have is adapting to a smaller city, since I'm so attached to city life. The politics department at sheffield looks really good though, and I've never heard many people say bad about the uni, so it's definitely a contender for firming. I don't know, it would help if I visited the uni's, see it for myself.

I'm considering either sheffield or exeter as my firm choice, having got offers from both, and I was wondering if you'd list some pros and cons about sheffield.
