Never. A smiley is not punctuation. It never has been and it never will be.

*decides not to pick up on the when you talk about teachers*
No it's not. It only has 8 notes (A-G), discounting the sharps and flats.
Languages are awesome.
Psht. I study Spanish. Sin duda es mejor que el frances.
They are.
Hey! I'm nice.
... I actually laughed when writing "I'm nice"...I'm sure I'm normally nice, just not to you.
-

Just be thankful that I don't insist that you use a full stop after your sentences. A smiley is not punctuation.

What? You wouldn't put something like 'Jack Wills limestone' would you? No.
God, I don't know why you put up with me. I sound so like a teacher.

Well, I'm not very good at it but after a while you notice that in nearly all of the songs there are patterns that repeat themselves over and over.
You'll need to learn to read music, but you can probably teach yourself when you have enough time. I quite lessons a few years ago and I still love to play.

Me neither. There aren't many people that need help. I, however, have turned to ElMoro for mechanics help before.
I mean it.

It's not right...that's like mental torture for a pedant like me.
It's so strange...I was never a grammar pedant before TSR but I've changed. In Spanish a few lessons ago I couldn't concentrate because I was so annoyed by the hoodie that the girl in front of me was wearing. It said "Jack Wills rock" (or it might have been rock out, but I thought it said rock). I felt like taking a Sharpie to the hoodie and adding an s to the 'rock' (I didn't ), because it could only have been talking about the person or the brand, both of which are singular.
Jeez. They claim to be 'fabulously British' or whatever but the can't even use proper English.

Who puts salt on cookies?
Learn the piano! I love it. It's quite easy really, just patterns. And it's SO relaxing.

Who's a proper TSRian if you aren't? You have more posts than the rest of our thread combined.
And if you're referring to the cleverness thing, then you are most definitely the epitome of TSR-iness.

Oh, the grammar in that phrase...it makes me want to cry.
Yeah, and grammar rules, and learning how to look for patterns.
Yeah, I know how you feel.

Gracias.
You have enough time to catch up and pass...with an A!
You won't shut me up, you know.

Don't worry, you have time for it to get better.
To be fair, it's a lot easier to learn words for languages than it is to learn bond angles - a lot of them you've heard before, or you can guess them, or they're something like 'la educacion' (okay, I wouldn't be asked to learn anything that obvious, but you get my drift). But I just go through and test myself on them agian and again.
Yeah, I hated learning nomenclature, but after I learnt them it made more sense somehow...
The one you haven't done is probably s = vt - 1/2at^2. You rarely have to use it because you're nearly always given u in the equation, but if you aren't then you can use this one.
Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Spanish. We do C1 in June.

But you still have time to catch up.

Your memory will improve the more you use it. I found that when I started languages it would take me 20 minutes to learn 15 words, now it takes about 5.
Is there any way to understand why everything happens, or does it HAVE to be memorised? Because for things like equations in Mechanics, I'm happy learning all 5 SUVAT equations, but other people in my class only learn 2 and derive the other equations from those two.
Maybe you could try going over everything that you learnt again and again, so at the end of the day, week and month recheck that you can remember everything that you learnt before.

How many exams do you have in January?
I know it's annoying that he's dismissing all of your problems, but he has a point in that you still have months. You might not get it now, but there's slightly less pressure than there would be if the exams were in January.
-
You're working so much...
You can do it though (you're about to find out how annoyingly optimitstic I can be about these things). Working the hours you are, you can. You're clever (don't tell me you're not, you are), and you're putting in insane amounts of work.

Just do past papers. Make sure you do each one more than once. You can do this!
-
You can still do it.
Oh, God, aren't you sleep-deprived? You have to make sure that you're doing efficient work...what exam board are you on for chemistry? If it's OCR B - Salters then I might be able to help you revise.

Watch it.
So does mine. He showed part of an episode once in class.
...

You are. You work so hard, and it's going to pay off.
It doesn't have to be one or the other. You can still do well in both. It's really awful that you have bad teachers, but you just have to work with it and do more yourself.
I said that quote to my friend the other day...she didn't realise it was a quote and thought I genuinely meant it.
But my other friend understood. We sit next to each other in maths and have the best lessons. Once in a mechanics lesson we were really bored so we turned the lesson into a 'what's the best big bang theory joke' session. She couldn't stop laughing when I drew the moustache on my hand like Amy.
My biggest dream.
We are.
-

But seriously, you won't. You're super clever! I know you are.
Sheldon quote coming up (this is just for a joke, I don't actually believe this): "You know me to be a very clever person. Don't you think that if I were wrong I'd know it?".
Yes, so jealous!

Traumatised for life.
