Hi i was wondering if you knew whether or not UCL ask for module scores for economics and stats? Or if you knew the courses which htey do ask UMS for? Thanks in advance

Apparently some people who apply to the course I've applied to (Archaeology) are accepted if they just miss their offer, depending on how good their interview and personal statement was. I thought that was unusual, considering the course has one of the lowest grade requirement of any course at UCL (ABBe), but it's defo taken some pressure off, despite the fact that I feel I've done sufficiently well in my exams to achieve those grades.
I suppose it's largely due to the fact that the Institute of Archaeology wants not only academic minds, but also those who are incredibly passionate about archaeology, and perhaps have lots of experience in the subject. In this way, its totally subject-specific.
I guess we'll wait and see!

- About me
- I'm kind of bubbly and excitable. Often described as weird, and sometimes annoying. I like Japanese things, and have a strange obsession with Archaeology. I also enjoy watching documentaries, which is pretty grim. I do have a social life though; I have an amazing boyfriend, and I regularly go to gigs in the local area, and further afield. I've been to Reading Festival five years in a row, and 2012 will the the sixth.

- I'm currently studying Archaeology, History, English Literature, and Japanese at college, and I already have qualifications in Ancient History, Media and Mandarin. I will be studying Archaeology BA at UCL in September (hopefully...)
- Interests
- I enjoy Rangers, and am a Brownie leader. In my spare time I read, make movies and learn Japanese. I am also completing the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.
