Oddly (on reflection) I seemed to smoke more throughout the week than I did on the weekends, though that was probably because I could smoke whilst working, plus at the weekends I was more preoccupied with smoking a more enlightening herb

Athankyou, I plan on sticking to it. There have been times (especially after dinner) when I think to myself "Gee, I could really go for a fag right now..." but then I realise that I still get my nicotine fix from the e-fag. There are no real cons to smoking one, I guess it's just both habitual and symptomatic of being a smoker for several years that the thought of having a real fag pops into my head.

Not too bad thanks. I stopped smoking cigarettes last week, switched to the e-cig instead. I'm currently using a Butterscotch liquid, it's like smoking a Worthers

That's part of the problem - there's been nothing done to draw in new fans, Vikki, and your older fans are beginning to drift away. It's fortunate that this event has come around when it has as it's given you some much needed publicity on the forum front, but with the decreasing popularity of the back room and lack of visitees to the shoutbox, we need to do something to keep reeling them in here.
