I'm going to be studying in Hull in September.

Yeah absolutely! Erm, I'm not really too sure! My larger items are a TV, my xbox and my laptop then I imagine i'll just bring DVD's/CD's/Books with me!

it's fine, it's weird how these things work out sometimes... it's strange though, my history teacher who has probably been one of the biggest inspirations to me had exactly the same situation as me but reserved! Hull was his firm, missed the offer and went to Keele through clearing. Keele was my firm and I'm off to Hull through clearing.

Things happen for a reason. I'm still a bit gutted but, Hull is a beautiful uni and it seems a lot better than Keele!

I really like medieval history. Quite fascinated by ancient Egypt and Greece though...

About 2 and a half by train, 3 and a half by car so my Dad's going to have fun on move in day!
Are your parents driving you up?

It'll be hard at first, but I imagine once you settle in and meet people it won't be too bad!

I actually had Keele as my firm choice for History and Politics.

Yes, I seemed to be one of the lucky ones though, I had a place within two hours compared to some friends who didn't get in anywhere!

Hmm, that sounds strange. All the addresses I've seen are, like you say, a number and a letter. A is floor 1, apparently.

I'm Nick, by the way. I thought it said that somewhere, but I might be wrong I'm studying Computer Science, possibly with Games Development. How 'bout you?
