Well I'm not actually doing it yet so I'm not sure how much maths is in it but I'm not worried either because I know there's not going to be a huge amount, I'm not a lover of maths either but most of the good universities will require a good result in A level maths. I just did BTEC software development which was a great decision imo 'Computing' and 'Computer Science' are exactly the same thing, they are both G400 in the UCAS course code. Someone told me Computer Science was better somehow but I'm pretty sure they are just the same. In GCSE maths I also didn't care about at all, what I did was just learn absolutely every in the last couple of days before the maths exam which worked out ok because I got a B, it was a crazy couple of days Working through past exam papers was massively useful and I used those + mymaths.co.uk to fill in all gaps in my knowledge :] forgot it all now tho lol

Hey, if you're interested in pentesting, I use an IRC server that does regular blackhat lessons with real experienced teachers. The IRC address is 'irc.canthack.us' and port is '+447', you will need SSL enabled to connect. If you don't have an IRC program, to start with I'd suggest downloading mIRC to start with. It's not trying to be a commercial thing, it just has to pay for servers etc, it was born out of the anonops server during all the lulzsec kerfuffle. I have 3 months till I start computer science and I have been using this IRC alot to learn about computer security etc, it is a very education place, ppl will answer all you're questions.
