I'm just waiting on Leeds now. I got an offer from George's luckily, and an offer from Birmingham too. Rejected from Imperial due to my BMAT, and I have a Leeds interview on the 7th Feb. I think I'll probably firm Birmingham

Exams weren't too bad, Core 3 was doable and I liked Biol4. Only thing I'm highly dreading are the ISAs coming up! Pressure How did they go for you?

Hate sounding pushy, but DH isn't very (acousticy). The opening song is, but it's the only one on the album like that. Anyway I'll shut up now.

Plus TDS takes a little time to appreciate I found I wasn't bothered at first, but after a little while the drum work and lyrics really hit me. I agree that the guitar aspect isn't mind-blowing, but that's kind of the point.

When did you last hear Deaf Havana? Their lead singer/screamer guy left in 2010 so their new album is nothing like the old stuff. It's a lot more alt rock and no screamo vocals now. If yo've heard that and still hate it then fair enough :L

The Dangerous Summer are a bit like Jimmy Eat World, but they're quite unique. Hard to describe really. Kind of alt rock/power pop guitar sound but its the lyrics and vocal sound that sets it apart. Never hard a lead singer like TDS'.
