Haha yeah, that's what I was thinking, I know people to have gotten Cs to get into Oxford for stuff like PPE! GCSEs aren't the end-all, the admission test, personal statements and interviews I would've thought would've been far more important as that's when you can really show you know your stuff, most people will have amazing AS grades :P

Haha, yeah I love it too, don't really know why I haven't kept up with it this year though And yes! David was the best, cried my eyes out when we regenerated Haha yeah, never really got into the Glee fever :P

And yes...she is. Very. To be honest, I didn't really see why everyone hated her so much but the way we were arguing tonight...yikes Was just genuinely being a stuck-up, elitist snob

Yeah, I would prefer it to be a stand alone physics degree too Haha yes true! Oxford is further away from home for me too :P Really do wish I had a better relationship with my parents like some of my friends do but I actually can't wait to leave for uni!

Then I explained it to her I'm undecided so put down the Cambridge and Oxford colleges, although I'm tending towards Oxford now :P So yeah, then she said to me how I was going about as my GCSEs weren't going to guarantee me a place and I thought she meant they were below par so I said they're alright and not the be-all-end-all for Oxbridge then she started getting pretty snobby saying don't you DARE preach to me about Oxbridge and all that and yeah the argument just went on from there haha :P

And ok, 'Im so academic' is kind of infamous on the student room :P Right, she's a 14 year old Oxbridge fanatic and kind of infamous for her snobby, elitist attitude and being so obsessed with Oxbridge and controversial and I kind of touched a nerve when on my 'signature' I had 'Hopeful Physics candidate UCAS 2013' and I put down hopefully will do physics at Magdalen or Clare (Cambridge). I kind of touched a nerve cause she thought I made a mistake of either putting down Magdalene (so they're both Cambridge) or St Clare (so they're both Oxford).

Ah right, yes I do love a bit of Doctor Who myself Haven't really kept up with it this year though And it's started again already, have a bit of catching up to do! :P Don't really watch Glee though, never really got into it :') Haha, maybe if I watched it :P
