    If ever you fancy a challenge this was the exact routine I followed a year or so ago to go from a fat ~100kg to a ripped 70kgish.

    and atm i just want to lose weight and burn calories so i'm doing cardio and compound exercises

  5. there seems to be some contradictory messages on the internet - and my main aim is to lose weight which is why stickng to compound exercises is better

    i dead lift 80kg and ive just started going to the gym
    only 40 on squats
    and 80 bench on the smiths machine at the gym - but only 45 free weights :pierre:
