I just read your experience on the Anxiety Thread. It's reeally similar to mine actually. I've got emetophobia too - I find it gets worse after exams rather than before exams. You mentioned that I think. I mean, like now these January exams are over, I feel really panicked all the time that I'm going to vomit...how do you deal with it? I don't know what to do...

Even after all of this time, I'm still not entirely sure how to pronounce your user name.
