Hi, are you still looking for a flat?
If so, we are 3 students from LCC 2/3rd year looking for one more flat mate in a flat in E&C that we have been in for the past year.
I am a journalism student and also a smoker!

Double bedroom to rent in a 4 bedroom flat located on Browning Street.
We are 3 students and have been living there for a year now.

The flat is fully furnished.

We have a large living room, a good size kitchen (with washing machine, oven, grill…), and 4 double bedrooms.

The flat has just been refurbished (new wooden floors, bed frames, mattresses, paint)

The rent is £100/week, doesn’t include the bills.

**If you don’t have a guarantor in the UK, you will have to pay 6 months of rent in advance.

I will be available for viewings this week and next week.
