i don't think it can, from what they said i have to get 3a's this year and my maths has no weight which kinda sucks
i got an open offer which means they will basically assign me a place depending on where there is space after exam results, but even if there isn't space they'll just have to make one for me so that's quite cool because i don't really mind which college i end up up at, i'm just so glad to have an offer!!

Your 'theory' is most likely correct. So potentially your maths A2 could be an 'insurance' in case you get a b in one of your subjects this year?! (although i'm sure you will get your 3A's anyway).

Congratulations! Although I didn't do maths early, our school were told not to 'declare' or put down the A2 maths result. What subjects are you doing?
I have an offer (a standard AAA) from Hertford to read law next year. Do you happen to know why others are getting AA offers?

Hi, i was looking at the law offers 2012 page and noticed your offers from Durham and Oxford- well done. I suppose my question is whether Oxford as an AAA offer is your firm?
