We're holding our ground as a top ten university as a whole and as a department we rank among the highest in the country. Plus we have a really cool society. Hiya, I'm wondring if u know the salary of f1 engineers as part of your f1 research.

Just noticed you have very similar choices to where I applied to Uni - I would SERIOUSLY consider applying to Birmingham (Which I do Physics at :P ) - I also applied to Oxford, Durham and York and Sheffield, and I'm from Nottingham so I could tell you about living there :P
Personally out of all the ones I got offers from (All except Oxford where I got a rejection after interview) I'd say Birmingham was by far the most friendly when looking round, the campus is brilliant, you're nearer by time to the City Centre than at Nottingham Uni, and Selly Oak in Brum is much better than Beeston in Nottingham (Places where the Second Years tend to live), There's a lot more to do than Durham, and Sheffield while probably a great place to live (I do quite like Sheff as a City) is MILES away from the Student Accomodation!

Obvs if you get an offer from Oxford, go there though! :P
