Why have you got such a negative rep on this site?

No, for law school the US government provides essentially no support. Law students are expected to take on a fortune in debt and, often, pay full sticker price on law school.

$30,000 USD a year is CHEAP. Most in-state undergraduate colleges cost more than that, while private schools are $60,000.

Cost to attend a US private law school would set me back well over $150,000. No thanks.

Why am I doing law in the UK?

Total cost of attendance of top US law schools: $70,000-$80,000 USD per year
Total cost of attendance of UK law schools: $30,000 USD per year

Well, I've already finished by fist bachelor's degree at NYU in philosophy, politics and psychology. Now I'm going for my law degree at Durham. Why am I doing a full three year degree? Because to practice law in the US you need a full law degree with 3 years of law school (it has to be equivalent in length and substance to the US JD).

Why?

100% agree with you, if people are going to cheat then they shall find a way to do so anyway and are only cheating themselves.
