I had two interviews, one with two people from the Oriental Studies department at Queen's and one with four people from the Oriental Institute. For both of them I was given some material to study for 20 minutes beforehand: a short piece on politics for the interview at Queen's and then a Japanese poem with translation for the Oriental Institute. For both of my interviews we started discussing this material and then talked about my personal statement, A-level subjects, poetry, Japanese culture, etc. You might be called for interviews at other colleges after this, but I wasn't.
I'd be happy to answer any questions if you have any though. Good luck!
