Hey.
I wanted to get more information about the National Scholarship Programme (or Phoenix Scholarships by CU). Is it possible to apply for the Scholarship but pay for the tuition fees through CU's Pay As You Go scheme?
I originally wanted to email the Admissions crew but I decided to ask here first
