    Really sorry for the lack of response over past few months; just haven't logged in to this at all.

    Many, many congratulations on getting in I hope you love Scotland as a place of study and as a place to call home.
    Right now, I'm not going to be going back full-time (too many real life commitments that mean I'm going to have to work and study at the same time), but will be taking some courses with the Open University to hopefully get what I need to start applying for PhD positions full-time and with funding (fingers crossed I don't completely mess up )
    Let me know as and when you arrive in Scotland - if you've not got any friends on landing, I'm sure I can take a day or two out to come and welcome a new face to the shore (albeit, I'll have to bring the good lady so she doesn't get jealous :P)
