Sorry to see that you didn’t get an offer from Cambridge. I do hope that you know that it is a massive achievement even to get an interview for Cambridge. So I hope you aren’t too disheartened and that you are proud of yourself for getting an interview. Admissions tutors have to choose between candidates who are almost exactly the same on paper, so sadly there is often an element of luck about the whole thing, and there are many exceptional candidates who are not offered a place.

You’re obviously keen on being taught in a tutorial system so I thought I’d get in touch to let you know that New College of the Humanities offers a Philosophy BA with academic depth and breadth and weekly one-to-one tutorials. Good job! I've applied to LSE and UCL so far, and need to decide between St.Ands, Durham and Bristol (2 of them), and I really can't decide. I might apply to the US, and if I fail my UK maybe end up in Australia.

Well, since I'm in the EU I need to show up for an interview as well.. So if I get one, I take the plane (and pay it on my own ) and come over for a couple of days. Skype interviews only happen if you live in like USA.

Probably Wednesday - Thursday or so. Do you live in the UK?
