  5. Thank you! I do need some advice with exercise plan I'm working on my abs at the moment and I do mostly crunches on the crunch ball for the upper ab whilst holding a 5kg weight. For the lower ab, I did something like the vid I posted before here on this message board. My upper ab is showing a bit but it's not prominent and my lower ab is non existent I lost 5kg after almost 2 months by doing lots of cardio (10km everyday running+walking) and eating clean. Also did some pushups and dumbbell curls - but the weight is just around 8-10kg =/ ... pathetic I know =/

    Advice is much appreciated.
  6. No, it can track your food intake (calorie, carbs, fat, protein, etc) also your exercise routine. Just saw your pic on the TSR Transformation contest. Looking good!
