  1. Dear Mr Lovelady,
I am an EPAIS offer holder and have just received my Polish New Matura Results. I have unfortunately missed the 85% Maths condition and ended up with 80% instead. I have, however, substantially exceeded the other, 85% average score condition - with Geography, Maths and German at advanced level and English and Polish at basic level it's 93,2%. Do I stand any chances of getting the place? Will I have to wait with the decision until the end of August or even the beginning of September? The problem is that Warwick is my only British university and if I don't get in I have to search for accomodation, flatmates etc in Poland, which actually has to be done by, let's say, the end of July or even earlier if possible. Could this situation be solved any earlier?
    Yours sincerely,
    Bartosz Lada

    Name
    Stephen Lovelady
    About me
I am an Admissions Officer for the Department of Economics at The University of Warwick, who deals primarily with applications from Overseas students to the three main undergraduate courses hosted by the department.

In addition, I work for the Department as an adviser on our Admissions Strategy, as it relates to both Home/EU and Overseas students, and regularly meet with our admissions agencies in different parts of the world. I also go out and speak to schools about our courses and admissions process, and occasionally host open days at the University.

In my spare time, I lecture core first and second year microeconomics courses, and am currently finishing a PhD in Behavioural Economics.
