Because I lived abroad and wanted to do IB and at the time boarding in Ireland was cheaper ah see for me the host family idea seemed a bit cringe. :/

went to spain (ibiza) a couple of summers ago and i loved it myself...been to dublin aswell, cos one of my aunties lived there

well it depends where you go in england...the english tend to mind their own business, where in Ireland they never stop talking
other then that there is the obvious different currencies, different political voting systems , even different road signs (Ireland Kilometres, UK Miles)...Ireland is a republic, the UK is a monarchy

and yhh i'm not british although have been here for over 10 years now in total so do have dual citizenship
