Hey! I loved Peru so it's really hard to narrow it down, but I think my favourite cities must be Arequipa, Cusco and a town called Mancora. I'd basically recommend everywhere I went! My itinerary was along these lines:
Lima - Huacachina - Nasca - Arequipa - Colca Canyon - Puno - Cusco - Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu - Cusco - Ayacucho - Lima - Mancora - Huanchaco - Huaraz - Lima.
The Salkantay trek was amazing and I wish I could do it again.
Lake Titicaca wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be and Puno wasn't the greatest of towns, but I think it probably is something of a must see - it's nice to say you've been to one of the highest lakes in the world and it is massive.
Lima was probably my least favourite city.
If you get to Trujillo or Huanchaco, the ruins around there are incredible - 2000 year old temples with the original paint still on them!
