We have to remember that Afghanistan's government is still in its early stages since it was formed in 2001 and no it does not have the Sharia implemented. But in fact no Islamic country in the world has proper Sharia implemented. And you cannot call the laws in Arabic countries like Saudi Arabia sharia. It's against Islam to charge Jizya and to ban people from driving simply because they're female. But I don't see why you're becoming so obsessed about Afghanistan...
