I do have a blog - http://travel-lover3.livejournal.com/
It's a personal blog, I only really write about things I've done or thought about tbh. I hope to update it within the next couple of days.

Why such a choice? Business is completely different from criminology. And strange that you prefer Ox Brooks I don't want to be too invasive, just saying
-
Hi, are you taking criminology at the university of Southampton?

Hey, I can imagine it would work for history and sociology but probably not for literature (at least until you've mastered the technique). One thing I would say about your literature, and I didn't do it, so I'm not sure. I usually learn all the information I need to know about the exam (so the books for you) and write the essay based on what the question is asking using the information I have learned. Learning 40 essays doesn't sound very efficient! I'm going to send you an example I sent someone about how they could use it for biology. Amongst other things about the technique.

Wow, those are pretty specialised subjects :P I was so boring with my choices... With Drama we learn about Theatre, there's a lot of theory and conceptual ideas and stuff, it's not like learning to act or anything which would be so much easier and enjoyable. I'm probably gonna change to a full English Lit Degree next year because I don't see the point in this Drama degree as I've lost all my passion for it. It's basically really detailed study of the history of theatre and of anyone who's ever had anything to say on it ever. :P It's more bull**** that I can handle tbh. And yeah, I know it's not best to be on the computer late at night if I can't sleep anyway, but I normally leave it an hour or so before I switch it on because then I know I'm not gonna get any sleep on that night as that's just generally how it works... *sigh* But I need my laptop in order to revise now, so sometimes I just take the internet cable and give it to a friend for the night and then if I go on the computer I revise because I don't have an internet connection to be distracted by :P Obviously, I haven't done this in a while though :L will deffo do it tonight

Haha, well I'm lucky in that I've only had one early lecture so far -- Friday mornings at 9pm -- and half the people supposed to be there never made it because Thursday is a popular night for going out in Aber... I wish that was true about revising, but whenever I'm meant to be doing that I always wind up on TSR. Like now :P I do English/Drama so I don't have many timetabled events anyway... What do you study?

I suffer from insomnia so I often can't sleep at strange hours. It sucks, but that's how it is. Thanks for your concern though :P

£2 a film, then another £1.70 for beer and popcorn... And then at night it turns into a nightclub
When I said "up there" I meant Soton, probably should've said down there to be honest If it was me I'd pick criminology at Soton but only because the subject really interests me and (like I said before) the campus is amazing!
I don't know a lot about OBU even though they have a campus where I live (Swindon) so couldn't really be relied upon to given any decent info...
I took several gap years, sort of... Dossed around when I was at college the first time because I didn't have a clue what I wanted to do. Decided to work full-time after that so I spent about a year working in a call-centre. Then finally got my act together and here I am
And I was just going to my friends, although we did go into Oxford later.
