Sigh White people have privilege because they have wealth and cultural capital, not because they are white, this wealth and cultural capital is self replicating.

It's relevant to Chloe because her being lower class meant that she was vulnerable making her more likely to be abused. The girls who suffer this sort of sexual abuse tend to come from deprived backgrounds.

Chloe isn't totally white (jus discussing you luv), but White Privilege is far more complex than this, whites are privileged because of greater wealth and living in environments which help them to excel, but Chloe as an individual was not born into this exclusive club so she's not privileged. Being sexually abused as a teenager is not privilege. Which is why I said soley on their...ethnicity.
