Hey, I saw your thread for looking for housemates. So am I. I will be first year in September and I'm not going for uni accommodation. I am desperate to find housemates. I've found a good offer for a house but the landlady said she wants 4/5 people to move in all at once so I've been looking for others interested. Are you? I'm a girl by the way. If you have any advice or other offers I would much appreciate it! :-)

Hi, I currently live with my twin sister in a house off smithdown road. My eldest sister owns it and has redecorated all rooms and there are brand new carpets in the bedrooms and hall etc. We will be going into 3rd year next year (medicine and engineering) and you sound like you'd be a great house mate. We are very tidy and also have a good balance between work and social life. We also like going to the pub but not going clubbing. The house has a large living room and nice kitchen with all equipment, there is plenty of space (a spare room). It is very secure and has an alarm and double glazing etc.

The rent would be £75 including all bills. Let me know if you are interested.

hey seen your ad wanting a house for next september, if you're interested we have a spare room as one of our housemates isn't coming back next year. Its an all girls house, all 20, house is just near smithdown, newly renovated, let us know if you're interested asap
