About me

We would like to welcome you to The London Academy of Management & Business – also known as LAMB - the newest institute for teaching University of London International Programmes and a member of the David Game Group, founded in 1974. The Academy is an independent UK institution, located in Notting Hill Gate, in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea, West London. It is led by respected academics and businessmen, whose purpose is to promote ‘access for all’ to internationally recognised qualifications and to inspire and support excellence in the teaching of the management sciences. Our role is to inspire and support academic study through our business school and a number of specialist management centres on China, Russia, Leadership and Tourism.

When you study at LAMB you may become a registered student of the University of London and you will be eligible to use all of the University’s services, Union, sports 7 social clubs, libraries and the University’s career services where you can get advice on part-time and full-time employment. On graduation the University of London issues your degree. It will have the crest of the University of London, state your lead academic college i.e. LSE or Royal Holloway and signed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of London

The University of London was granted its Royal Charter in 1836 and is the third oldest university in England after Oxford and Cambridge. The University of London is a federation of 19 self-governing colleges of outstanding reputation which include University College, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the School of Oriental and African Studies, King's College, Queen Mary and Royal Holloway, together with a number of acclaimed academic bodies and supporting institutions. All teaching and research at the University of London is carried out by the Colleges and the Institutions themselves.

Upon successful completion, the degrees obtained by LAMB students’ are awarded by the University of London. The name of the University of London lead college that provided the academic direction, in this case LSE or Royal Holloway will be noted on the degree as well.
