Hey ! Thank you soo much ! that really was very helpful. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer all my questions ! and i just had another quick one, if you dont mind ! if the interviews are held in Jan and Feb, students basically only finish their 1st term before applying !! So if this is so, is just three months of work enough for a strong application ?? Should i start preparing a BA portfolio from now itself ??
thanks again, so so much for all the help !!
  2. Hey, sorry for the late reply.
    1. Your chances of getting into any course within UAL including BA fashion are greater since you are with the institution already. They give priorty to their foundation students. You are able to apply ahead of all the other students outside of UAL and if you do not get in through that stage you can be given another chance to reapply. Even though you do get priority the competition is still very high.
    2. I couldn't speak for the competition among the fashion foundation students as im a fine art student though i do hear its very competitive. I have seen some of their assigmnets and the majority of them consist of taking a piece of clothing for example a simple shirt and reconstructing and redesigning it. Thats just at the start and in your final project which is 2 months you can design and create what you like.

    Hope this helped.
