I posted my overnight stay form today. So excited, still don't think it's sunk in that it's actually an offer from Cambridge!

Hmmm... Does the Cambridge bursary count as some kind of 'sponsorship' then do you think, for the form? Definitely phone them up!
It only has to look like your mum's signature... :P

I've been thinking about it. I was hoping to gather the funds through my two years of work, my father's child care and the Cambridge bursary scheme. But right now I have maybe £4000-£5000 saved up, so not even a year... (Unless I get the bursary, that is.)

And, I cannot go to the overnight stay, because the form asks for a parent's/guardian's signature, and my mother is in Poland, so cannot sign it. Do you see a common theme here? Ha ha.

Except, I really don't think I could go, even if I wanted to. I'm not entirely sure if I do, yet. But, either way, the send me a form that MUST be signed by a parent or sponsor, saying that they have the funds to cover my entire education there and that they will do so. And my mother cannot sign it, because she doesn't have the funds to support me through Cambridge. I'm going to e-mail them asking if it's still possible for me to attend if I have the funds. But if the signature is an absolute must, then that's it. (Sorry, it's a bit convoluted, but I hope you get the gist of what I was trying to say.)

I was actually starting to suspect that that's how they make all offers.

On a different note, are you going to take part in the offer holders' night over?

Okay, so, I got an offer ^_^ But only for BA, so I guess I'm sorta a genius, but not quite? Ha ha. Anyway, not sure what to do now, but the worst part is they sent the decision to my old HS D:
